Update To The Latest Version

Most of the bugs that occured usually fixed in the newest version, so it’s a good idea to update WordPress, plugin, and theme regularly. You can check for the newest update available on the Update menu on your WordPress dashboard sidebar.

Clear & Disable All Caches

If after updating the theme, wordpress, and plugins the problem still occurs, you can purge the cache and deactivate the cache plugin. It’s a good practice to clear your browser’s cache regularly.

Test for Possible Plugins or Theme Conflicts

These steps are to check if there’s any of the plugins or the theme is incompatible.

  1. Disable all the plugins that’s not related to the theme you’re using
  2. Switch to WordPress’ default theme

To identify the exact source of the problem you can follow these procedures :

  1. activate the theme without activating a plugin first
  2. reactivate a single plugin one by one
